Gujarat Urban Health Project (Ahmadabad) for urban primary health center and urban community health center under Gujarat Urban Health Project for the purpose of making health services easy, accessible and health infrastructure in the metropolitan area of the state with the various resolutions of the Department of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of Gujarat. By setting up a separate structure named below, the regular posts mentioned below are allotted on a purely temporary basis by the Government of Gujarat on 100% grant basis.
Note: The candidate appointed to the post of multipurpose health worker (MPHW) will not be considered as an employee of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.

AMC MPHW Education Qualification :-
1. Government recognized RNRM. Pass or Female Health Worker Course Pass or ANM Course Pass or S.I.Diploma or Multi Purpose Health Worker Course Pass.
2. Govt recognized Computer Basic Course Pass,
3. Serial no. 1 and 2 qualified as per MPHW in Department of Health of Govt. Preference will be given to candidates having working experience as per their experience certificate.
AMC MPHW Salary Per Month
At present the fixed salary is Rs. 19950/- for five years thereafter taking into account performance appraisal, Level 2 pay matrix Rs. Other allowances admissible as per basic rule in the grade of 19900/63200.
