From 09-02-2023 “No Objection Certificate” has been issued, according to which Gujarati Medium Legislative Assistants / Teaching Assistants are to be recruited.

1) The candidate should have passed all the required qualifying examinations and TET/T,AT examination of the relevant subject (if applicable) prescribed by the State Govt by the last date of application.

2) For reserved posts, the candidate belonging to that caste shall carry a copy of caste certificate issued by the competent authority for the respective caste along with non-crimelayer certificate (if applicable).

3) The District Level Selection Committee shall be as prescribed by the Govt. After verification of the candidate's credentials by the Selection Committee, the selected candidate will be appointed by the Institute after getting the ratification by the Assistant Commissioner.

4) vidyasahayak Pay scale:

According to the Government's fixed salary policy, Legislative Assistants Rs- 19,950/- per month for five years, Teaching Assistants of St.-9, 10

Rs. 25,000/- per month and Rs. Teaching assistants of 11, 12 Rs. The appointment will be made on a fixed salary of Rs. 6,000/- per month. Service satisfactory

After five years from its appearance, it will be considered for inclusion in the regular pay scale. After getting regular appointment, the candidate from Govt

will be eligible to get the benefit of the newly enhanced pension scheme. The service can be terminated by giving one month's notice even before five years if the service is not found satisfactory.

5) Educational and training qualification should be passed from an institution recognized by University Grants Commission and National Council for Teacher Education respectively.

6) On the last day of application the age of the candidate should be within the age limit as fixed by the Govt. Relaxation in age limit will be available as per rules

7) Government employee or employee of Board Corporation/Institution receiving grant from Govt. NOC of Appointing Authority. (No Objection Certificate) to be enclosed with the application form,

8) If the candidate has submitted wrong information, his application will be automatically rejected.

9) Sarkarshree should have basic knowledge of computer use as mentioned.

10) The female employee has to perform the duty of house mother and the male employee has to perform the duty of house husband. It is mandatory for every employee to stay at the Ashramshala for 24 hours, they will be provided accommodation facility free of charge by the institution. An employee who does not reside at the site will be dismissed for indiscipline.

11) The employee shall comply with the general rules regarding education as prescribed by Tribal Development Department or Education Department from time to time, Mumbai.

The relevant provisions of the Primary Education Act, 1949 and the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Act, 1952 shall also apply.

Eligible candidates as per above advertisement should enclose self-attested copies of all certificates and two passport size photographs (if additionally qualified) along with the application. Application should be sent only from R.P.A.D., as received at the said address before 28/02/2023. Applications received after that time will not be considered.
