> The Commission shall have the absolute right to change the number of posts in the above advertisements published by the Commission subject to the proposal of the Department and the acceptance and consent deposit may be taken for the examination of the advertisement as prescribed by the Commission.

►The candidates selected for the posts of J.No. 107/2024-25 will be considered as employees of Gujarat Jal Sampati Vikas Nigam Limited (GWRDC). These advertisements are given subject to the recruitment rules and all other rules of the concerned corporation for the posts of the above advertisements. They will not be considered as employees of the Government of Gujarat in relation to the above J.No. 107/2024-25.

►(1) Candidates should apply online for each advertisement only after reading the advertisement number and the name of the post clearly. While applying online, after filling all the details in the application form, the application should be confirmed only after verifying those details. (2) While applying, the candidate should upload his/her own photo and signature. If the photo or signature of someone else is shown in the online application/admit card, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination. (3) The online application made by the candidates is "Editable" till the last date of advertisement. If there is any error/mistake/omission in the details of the confirmed application form or in the information provided by the candidate in it, then any details can be corrected by going to the "Edit" option in the "Online Application" menu of https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in and applying online till the last day and time of that advertisement, in which case a new application will not be made. No changes can be made in the application form filled online after the end of the online application time of the advertisement. (4) In addition, a copy of the online confirmed application form must be downloaded and SAVED and all your details, photo and signature must be verified in it. (5) In case of more than one application, only the last confirmed application form will be considered valid. For non-reserved category candidates, the last confirmed application form with fee will be considered valid. (6) Candidates will have to keep the certificates to be presented in case of being eligible for face-to-face interview and at the time of face-to-face interview Must be presented without fail.

For this, Annexure-K-Annexure-4 (Gujarati) should be submitted only. Candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Section (EWS) should submit only the prescribed form (Annexure-KH in English or Annexure-G in Gujarati) as per the resolution No. EWS/122019/45903/A dated 25/01/2019 of the Social Justice and Empowerment Department of the Government of Gujarat and the same will be considered valid.

► Non-Reserved Category Candidates can pay the application fee by post office challan till 23-01-2025 during the office hours of that post office and can pay online at https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in till 11:59 PM. > Candidates are specially advised that the website will be open for online application only till 11:59 PM on 22-01-2025. Therefore, without waiting till the last day, it is advised to check all the details carefully in the online application form and fill it as soon as possible and confirm the online application. It is mandatory for the candidate to fill the online application form within the stipulated time and get the confirmation number. In case of any mistake, the candidate will be responsible.
