Important instructions regarding filling the online form:

Only the application received online at https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications received through RPAD, speed post, courier or simple post will not be accepted.

A legible and clearly visible photocopy of the original document must be uploaded in the software. If unclear, illegible documents are uploaded, such application will be considered rejected.

Applications with incomplete details will be invalid.

A candidate cannot apply more than once.

Candidates will be required to take a computer practical test in the cadre, if necessary, by the office.

Correspondence for the said post will be done only through e-mail from this office. So all candidates must indicate their e-mail ID, especially the one currently working.
