Important Tips on Online Form Filling:

1. Candidate's application received online only at https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted within 7 days from the date of advertisement. Applications received through RPAD, Speed Post, Courier or Ordinary Post will not be accepted.

2. Legible original document must be uploaded in the software. Verify the uploaded document.

3. Applications with incomplete details will be invalid. A candidate cannot apply more than once.

4. Age limit for doctor candidate will be minimum 21 years to maximum 67 years. For rest the age limit will be minimum 21 years to maximum 40 years.

5. The age limit will be calculated as on the last date for receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit i.e. in case of all candidates the age limit will be taken into consideration as on the last date for receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement.

Step - 2. Click on the recruitment button and search for Dental post

Step - 3. Fill the basic details like personal details, mobile number, Email ID, permanent address etc.

Step - 4. After filling the personal details applicant will get user ID and Password.

Step - 5. Use the registered credentials and fill up the application form for relevant post.

Step - 6. The applicant will be saved after clicking the SAVE DRAFT button. Aplicant can take print of application by clicking button PRINT APPLICATION.

Step - 7. In case applicants want to edit the application, application can be edited. This facility will be available until the application is not opt as FINAL SUBMIT button. Once application is final submitted, it cannot be edited. Take the final submitted application print for future record
