1. Educational Qualification :
1. SSC Pass and Desktop Publishing Operator Course from Govt recognized Institute
2. Must have knowledge of Gujarati-English typing and knowledge of Gujarati Hindi and English language.
3. Govt will consider a pass in Computer Application in Diploma from a recognized institution as an additional qualification.
2. Experience:
DTP software such as Photoshop, Corel Draw, PageMaker etc. in reputed printing presses. 02 years experience in design, type setting work in computer section.
3. Pay scale:
1. Fixed salary of Rs.26,000/- per month for three years.
2. Government Finance Department Resolution No.: Kharach/2002/57/(Part-4)Z.1 dt. 18-10-2023 as per the monthly fixed salary, the trial appointee will be eligible for monthly fixed salary for three years as per S.V. Circular No.- 44/19-20 dated: 06-02-20. After completing the work satisfactorily, consideration will be given for inclusion in the fixed pay scale from Level-2 (Pay Matrix Rs.19,900-Rs.63,200) as per 7th Pay Commission as per rules.
4. Age : Not more than 30 years.

1. Educational Qualification :
ITI Binding Trade Certificate Pass / ITI Equivalent exam pass.
2. Experience :
5 years experience in binding operations in reputed printing presses, all types of binding operations, knowledge of paper size, paper cutting, stitching, ruling, folding operations, complete knowledge of cutting different size papers on cutting machine.
3. Pay Scale :
1. For three years Rs. 26,000/- monthly fixed salary.
2. To be paid from the monthly fixed salary as per the Resolution No.:Kharach/2002/57/(Part-4)Z.1 dated 18-10-2023 of the Finance Department of the Government, vide Circular No.- 44/19- 20 dt:06-02-20 will be eligible for probationary appointment on monthly fixed salary for three years. Thereafter, on satisfactory completion of the work, consideration will be given for inclusion in the fixed pay scale from Level-2 (Pay Matrix Rs.19,900-Rs.63,200) as per 7th Pay Commission as per rules.
4. Age : Not more than 25 years.

H.Sc. Pass and ITI Printing should be passed.
2. Experience:
1. Should have 3 (three) years experience in operating automatic printing machine.
2. Knowledge of all types of automatic printing machines, should have the ability to operate all types of automatic printing machines independently.
3. Preference will be given to person having knowledge of all other machine operating related to printing.
3. Pay scale:
1. Fixed salary of Rs.21,100/- per month for three years.
2. Government Finance Department Resolution No.: Kharach/2002/57/(Part-4)Z.1 Dated. 18-10- 2023 payable on monthly fixed pay, the probationary appointee will be eligible for monthly fixed pay for three years as per S.S.V. Circular No.- 44/19-20 dated: 06-02-20, after satisfactory performance Completion of fixed pay scale as per 7th Pay Commission level IS-3 (Pay Matrix Rs.15,700-Rs.50,000) will be considered for inclusion as per rules.
