Under National Health Mission to fill the following staff posts in District Health Society, Navsari on temporary basis for 11 months respectively and under District Urban Health Unit under 15th Finance Commission for Urban Health and Wellness Center in District Urban Health Unit, Navsari on temporary basis for 11 months respectively. Should have expertise in using MS Office at Least MS Word (having at least knowledge in word processing), Excels (having knowledge of at least data analysis and preparation of Charts/ Graphs) Power Point (having knowledge of at least preparation of presentation and making a show in logical Manner as Desired by controlling officers) and 'Access' (at least for database Management)

Terms and Conditions :-

(1) These posts are on contract basis for 11 months only. After 11 months the contractual appointment will automatically terminate and the right to permanent employment cannot be claimed.

(2) Candidate's application received online at https://aarogysathi.gujarat.gov.in only will be accepted. Applications received through RPAD, ordinary post, or courier will not be entertained.

(3) Application with incomplete details shall be invalid.

(4) Photocopy of legible original document shall be compulsorily uploaded in the software.

(5) Interested candidates have to upload in above mentioned leak within 10 days from 15/07/2024 to 24/07/2024.

(6) The age limit shall be calculated on the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit. That is all

In case of candidates, the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit will be considered as 24/07/2024.

(7) Urban Health and Wellness Center OPD timings will be 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM and 05:00 PM to 09:00 PM.

Step - 3. Fill the basic details like personal details, mobile number, Email ID, permanent address etc.

Step - 4. After filling the personal details applicant will get user ID and Password.

Step - 5. Use the registered credentials and fill up the application form for relevant post.

Step - 6. The applicant will be saved after clicking the SAVE DRAFT button. Aplicant can take print of application by clicking button PRINT APPLICATION.

Step - 7. In case applicants want to edit the application, application can be edited. This facility will be available until the application is not opt as FINAL SUBMIT button. Once application is final submitted, it cannot be edited. Take the final submitted application print for future record
