Necessary instructions for online form filling:

1. Candidate's application received online at https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in only will be accepted. Applications received through RPAD, Speed ​​Post, Courier or Ordinary Post will not be accepted.

2. Photo copy of legible original document must be uploaded in the software.

3. Applications with incomplete details will not be accepted.

5. The final decision regarding the appointment will rest with the Mission Director, District Health Society and the Chief District Health Officer, Morbi.

Step - 4. After filling the personal details applicant will get user ID and Password.

Step - 5. Use the registered credentials and fill up the application form for relevant post.

Step - 6. The applicant will be saved after clicking the SAVE DRAFT button. Aplicant can take print of application by clicking button PRINT APPLICATION.

Step - 7. In case applicants want to edit the application, application can be edited. This facility will be available until the application is not opt as FINAL SUBMIT button. Once application is final submitted, it cannot be edited. Take the final submitted application print for future record
