JOB RESPONSIBILITIY

Care of New Bom admitted in the Special new born care unit.

b. Maintenance of the stock and ensure availability of essential commodities in SNCU.

c. To follow disinfection practices in SNCU.

d. To follow the treatment instruction/recommendation of the doctor regarding the monitoring of the baby.

e. Maintenance of SNCU admission registers as per standard format.

L. Maintenance of Log Book of equipment and Handing Over register.

h. To confirm to the decorum prescribed for staff nurse including wearing of uniform.

Counseling of mothers during discharge.

To carry out other duties assigned time by facility in charge in the interest of newborn survival. . To assist Medical Officers in Management and follow-up of patients attending the Department.

To counsel patients and their family members about risk factors.

1. Any other job assigned by concerned officers.

Note:Candidate selection will be on merit base for above Staff Nurse Post.Last

decision for selection is based on recruitment committee.
