Terms and Conditions:

1. These posts are only on contract for 11 months. After 11 months the contractual posts will automatically end. Can't claim for permanent job.

2. Appointed candidates cannot be transferred to other districts.

3. Only applications received by the candidate through the online link https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications received from RPAD/Speed Post/Post/Courier or with incomplete details will be considered invalid.

3. All the necessary documents have to be uploaded as per the qualification mentioned in the advertisement. Applications with incomplete information or defects will not be considered.

4. A photocopy of the legible original certificate must be uploaded in the software.

5. Interested candidates a dt. 14/03/2024 to 21/03/2024 till 06:00 PM in the above mentioned link.

6. The age limit will be calculated on the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit. That is, in case of all the candidates, the last date of acceptance of application mentioned in the advertisement for age limit will be taken into consideration.

7. Final decision on appointment will be subject to the prevailing conditions of Urban Health Society and National Health Mission.
