Conditions:-
(1) Nominated candidates cannot be transferred to other districts.
(2) The recruitment process will be done on the basis of merit as per the guidelines of the Government.
(3) In case of identical merit, the candidate having higher age limit shall be given preference.
(4) Applications with incomplete details, candidates not attaching educational qualification, experience, above HSC Graduate Attemp Certificate or required certificates will be considered invalid.
(5) Only applications made through https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in portal from 16/03/2024 to 22/03/2024 will be admissible, while applications received through other means and after the time limit Applications received will be invalid.
(6) Scanned copy of legible original document shall be compulsorily uploaded in the software.
(7) Pharmacist and L.H.V. / Candidates of FHS cadre who have done Gujarat Council registration renewal have to create and upload a PDF file along with the registration certificate along with the renewal access/slip.
(8) Candidates of District Finance Assistant Cadre will have to give computer practical exam as well as account software exam.
(9) All the eligible candidates among the applied candidates have to attend at their own expense for document verification at the place : Zilla Panchayat Office- Devbhumi Dwarka (Khambhalia) on the day and time fixed by the office. The candidature of the candidate absent on that day will be considered cancelled.
(10) In case of computer educational qualification, as per the recruitment rules, having passed the examination with computer subject in class 10th and 12th will not be accepted, candidates must have completed diploma/certificate course.
(11) The final decision on the appointment shall be subject to the prevailing conditions of the District Health Society and the National Health Mission.
