1. Candidate's application through https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in only will be accepted. Reg.AD/Courier/ordinary post or face mail will not be accepted. Also will not be considered valid.
2. A copy of the original document must be uploaded in the software in a legible and clearly visible manner. If documents that are not clearly visible are uploaded, the application will be cancelled.
3. A candidate cannot apply more than once.
