According to the above topic, N.H.M. Applications are invited through "Arogya Sathi" portal by publishing recruitment advertisement in news papers for recruitment of Community Health Officer. Accordingly, to prepare the merit list of the candidates who have applied, a total of 1430 eligible candidates are hereby requested to appear in person at their own expense on the date, time and place mentioned below for verification of their original certificates.

How to check Gujarat CHO result 2024

List of original certificates/documents to be produced by the candidates during verification of certificates

(1) Solan letter (Adhar Card, PAN Card, Election Card, Driving License, Passport)

(2) Leaving Certificate / Birth Certificate ü D Dope Z

(3) St. Marksheet of 12th (marksheet of all attempts in case the examination is passed in more than one attempt)

(4) Trial Certificate of Class 12 (signed by concerned Scuba Principal)

BAMS/GNM/Bsc Nursing / PB BSc Bani Chhedya Parsh/Seva Ne Semesterly Mysheet (Marksheet of all attempts in case the exam is passed in more than one attempt)

AMS/GNM/Bsc Nursing / PB BSc DG Cedit

(7) Gujarat Ayurveda/Nursing Council Registration Certificate (In case the registration period is over, the Registration Unual Access should also be submitted.)

(8) Diploma in Computer Qualification / Certificate Certificate

(9) Community Health (Bridge Course) – Certificate if applicable
