Under 15th Finance Commission following staff posts at U-HWC (Urban Health and Wellness Center) for 09:00 am to 01:00 pm and 05:00 pm to 09:00 pm and at Community Health Center for 09:00 am to 01:00 am Then on temporary basis 11 months contract basis and walk-in interview has to be held to make the waiting list. Eligible candidates have to present their name, address, age, educational qualification and experience details in the prescribed format along with original certificates and attested copies of certificates of their educational qualification and experience along with the application form on the date of interview at the address mentioned below.
