OR Govt recognized Multi Purpose Health Worker's course pass

(1.2) Class-10 pass and Government recognized Sanitary Inspector course pass or Government recognized Multi-Purpose Health Worker course pass for candidates who have previously served in the field duty in Vadodara Municipal Corporation Health Department,

(13) Computer Basic Course Pass,

(1.4) Preference will be given to candidates having experience in health related operations,

(1.5) Preference will be given to the candidate from Vadodara city.
