Terms and Conditions:

1. These posts are only on contract for 11 months. After 11 months the contractual posts will automatically terminate and new contract will be made as per NHM conditions based on performance. Can't claim for permanent job.

2. Appointed candidates cannot be transferred to other districts.

3. Only applications received by the candidate through the online link https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications received from RPAD/Speed Post/Post/Courier or with incomplete details will be considered invalid.

4. Age Certificate, HSC Marksheet and Attemp Certificate, MBBS Marksheet and Degree Certificate, MBBS Trial Certificate, MBBS Attemp Certificate, MBBS Registration Certificate are to be uploaded as per the qualification mentioned in the advertisement. Applications with incomplete information or defects will not be entertained.

5. A photocopy of the legible original certificate must be uploaded in the software.

6. Interested candidates have to apply in the link mentioned above from 10/11/2023 to 20/11/2023 till 06:00 PM.

7. The age limit will be calculated on the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit. That is, in case of all the candidates, the last date of acceptance of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit will be taken into consideration.

8. Final decision on advertisement and appointment will be subject to the prevailing conditions of Urban Health Society and National Health Mission.
