Applications are invited in the prescribed application form from eligible candidates to fill up the posts of Apprentices in the following trades in the session of the year-2023 under the Apprentice Act-1961 and Chief Minister's Apprentice Scheme in Vadodara Municipality.

Class - 8 Pass (Age Limit 18 to 28 Years)

The amount fixed by the Government will be paid as monthly stipend. Preference will be given to local candidates.

Apprenticeship shall be automatically discharged on completion of the period.

Candidates who have previously completed apprenticeship in that trade should not apply. If the candidate is contractually connected with any other unit/institution for apprenticeship then the candidature of the candidate will be liable to be cancelled.

Application has to be made on the Vadodara Municipal Corporation website www.vmc.gov.in only in the application form included with the advertisement. Mobile number and trade name must be written on the cover of the application. Application has to be made from Speedpost or Register Post A.D. Application in person will not be accepted. Application with incomplete details, without required certificates and out of date application will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The applying candidate has to register online at www.apprenticeshipindia.org and fill the profile and apply at Vadodara Municipal Corporation Establishment.

Then the application should be sent to General Administration Department, Apprentice Branch, Room No.127/1, Khanderao Market Building, Vadodara-390001 along with the original copies of required certificates by 25/08/2023. Merit list of Apprentice candidates will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained at ITI/Graduate level.

This selection is temporary and will not establish any legal right of yours regarding future employment in Vadodara Municipal Corporation.
