Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, Department of Examination, Evaluation Bhavan, requires temporary service of Clerk and Patawala on daily basis for examination related work, Minimum Graduation in Clerk level and Passed 10th for Patawala and Minimum 18 years of the University. The application form can be filled by visiting the website rms.vnsgu.net and www.vnsgu.ac.in on 17/08/2023 by 6:00 PM after online registration. (Preference will be given to those with more qualification and experience.)

Instructions for candidates to apply for the above post on Totally Temporary Daily basis.

(*) Appointments will be made for purely temporary regular basis as per the above advertisement, the final approval of which will be given by the Vice-Chancellor.

(2) The candidate has to register in the employment office and upload the Employment Registration Card along with the application.

(3) The candidate shall attach a true copy of the proof of qualification, experience, age, driving license and other additional qualifications required for the post (position) concerned.

(4) An additional document with the candidate's signature may be included in the application form to provide additional information.

(6) Candidates belonging to reserved category (SC/ST/SEBC/Disabled) in writing to the competent government authority in case of any change in the correspondence address, phone number in the application form filled by the candidate.

The certificate has to be brought along at the time of skill test.

(17) Every Assistant (Male and Female) will have to go to Surat city area for admission, examination, result and all other activities of the University.

(18) The selected Assistant shall not be entitled to any increment or allowance other than the fixed pay. Dearness allowance, interim relief and other benefits of Provident Fund or Pay Commission or any other benefits will not be admissible.
