Necessary instructions for filling NHM Rajkot online form:

1. Candidate's application received online at https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in only will be accepted. Applications received through RAPAD/ Speed Post/ Courier/ Ordinary Post/ Face to face or any other mode will not be accepted.

2. Photocopy of legible original document must be uploaded in the software. The mark sheet of class-12 has to be uploaded compulsorily.

3. Applications with incomplete details, if the candidate does not attach the requisite educational qualification, experience certificate, attempt certificate of HSC Graduate, Council Registration Certificate and other necessary certificates, such applications will be considered invalid.

4. The age limit will be calculated on the last date for receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement i.e. in case of all candidates the last date for receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit will be taken into consideration as of 06-09-2023

5. A candidate cannot apply more than once for a post

6. The recruitment process will be done on the basis of merit as per the guidelines of the Govt. In case of identical merit, the candidate with higher age will be given preference.

7. Candidates applying in Rank No. 8, 9 and 10 will have to give computer practical exam.

8. The appointed candidate cannot be transferred to another district.

9. The final decision regarding the appointment will be subject to the prevailing conditions of the Mission Director, District Health Society and Chief District Health Officer and National Health Mission.
