Dhs Vadodara recruitment 2023

Office of the District Leprosy Officer, Vadodara to fill up three (3) posts of “Para Medical Worker” on contractual basis by the District Health Society, Leprosy Sub Committee Vadodara for the eradication of leprosy under the “National Leprosy Eradication Programme” at the location mentioned below and Eligible candidates are requested to attend the walk-in interview with original certificates on 26/04/2023 (Wednesday) at their own expense.

Walk in Interview Venue :-

Office of the District Leprosy Officer, Ward No: 18 A. S.S.G. Hospital

Campus, Vadodara.

Note :-

Candidates have to fill up the application form in the prescribed format of the office and obtain the token from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM on 26/04/2023 (Wednesday) in order to apply for the post. After 11:30 am application form will not be accepted for walk in interview of any candidates.

conditions

(1) The terms and conditions communicated hereinafter to the appointed candidates shall be binding.

(2) Candidates who are in another organization (Government or Non-Government Organization) should have “no objection” of the organization

A certificate regarding this has to be included.

(3) Candidates who are M.S.W.B.Sc. Along with having three years of experience in health sector, the certificate has to be attached.

(4) Candidates who do not possess the qualifications and experience as sought in the advertisement will not be interviewed.

(5) At the time of interview one set of Xerox photographs attesting the requisite qualifications shall be attached to the prescribed application form.

(6) Candidates who are appointed in that taluka are required to be present at the headquarters at the above mentioned taluka headquarters.

(7) The decision of the Selection Committee for the recruitment of Chief will be final. Which cannot be challenged.
