Atreni District Tuberculosis Center Surat-2 Office, New Civil Hospital, Majuragate, District Panchayat, District NTEP at Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill up 11 months contract basis under National Health Mission (NHM) at the following locations in the Health Program under employment. The Chief District Health Officer, Zilla Panchayat Office (Health), Surat will have full authority to make the appointment.

Nhm surat Recruitment Terms and Conditions :-

1. This position is on contract basis for 11 months only. After 11 months the contractual positions will automatically terminate and the contract will be renewed based on performance. The right to permanent employment cannot be claimed.

2. Only the application of the candidate received online at https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. No physical application in person, post or courier will be accepted.

3. In the Arogyasathi online portal, first register in PRAVESH > CANDIDATE REGISTRATION and go to PRAVESH > CURRENT OPENING and login and fill the form.

4. Legible scan copy of all original documents must be uploaded compulsorily.

2. Click on the recruitment button and search for Dental post

3. Fill the basic details like personal details, mobile number, Email ID, permanent address etc.

4. After filling the personal details applicant will get user ID and Password.

5. Use the registered credentials and fill up the application form for relevant post.

6. The applicant will be saved after clicking the SAVE DRAFT button. Aplicant can take print of application by clicking button PRINT APPLICATION.

7. In case applicants want to edit the application, application can be edited. This facility will be available until the application is not opt as FINAL SUBMIT button. Once application is final submitted, it cannot be edited. Take the final submitted application print for future record.
