 School Leaving Certificate

 Copy of all mark-sheets of Degrees.

 Degree Certificate of all education qualification.

 In case of Persons with Disabilities Candidates, Valid Certificate of Civil Surgeon required. (showing % of Disability).

 Experience Certificates and Relieving Letters from past employers.

 NOC from Present Employer if applicable only for CPSU/SPSU/Government Employees.

 Promotion Letter/ Payslip as a supporting document for your 05 (five) years in Senior 

Manager or above capacity position.

 Domicile Certificate if applicable.

 Identification Proof (Voter ID/ Pan Card/Aadhar Card/Driving License etc).

 In case of departmental candidates, copy of appointment order and employee ID 

card should be attached.

 Residential Address Proof (Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill/Ration Card, etc).  Certificate of hardware course for candidates with qualification of MCA.
