NHM is being implemented in the district under District Health Society, Jamnagar. Under this, a selection list and a waiting list have to be prepared to fill up the 11-month contractual posts of various cadres under various programs. The required details for these posts are displayed on Arogya Sathi's website https://arogya sathi.gujarat.gov.in. Aspirant candidates have to go to PRAVESH option and do their registration and then go to CURRENT OPENINGS and enter their candidature date. Must be registered by 22/02/2023. 1. Program Assistant –
DPMCC (District Level-1) :
The total allowance receivable is Rs. 13,000/- per month.
Graduation in any discipline with minimum 1 year Diploma / Certificate course in Computer Application (Govt. Recognized) with minimum 2 years related work experience and M.S. Basic skills in Office and hardware as well as basic knowledge in office management and filing system, typing skills in both Gujarati and English are required. Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualifications.
2. Taluka Program Assistant – (Kalavad) :
The total allowance receivable is Rs. 13,000/- per month.
Graduation in any discipline with minimum 1 year Diploma / Certificate course in Computer Application (Govt. Recognized) with minimum 2 years related work experience and M.S. Basic skills in Office and hardware and familiarity with office management and filing systems, typing skills in both Gujarati and English are required. Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualifications.

3. PHC Accountant cum Data Entry Operator (Mota Vadala PHC Kalawad):
The total allowance receivable is Rs. 13,000/- per month.
Eligibility : Vanijay (Commerce) must have completed Diploma/Certificate course (Govt. Recognized) in Computer Application along with Graduation. and M.S. Basic skills in Office, account software, GIS software, hard☑️ware and familiarity with office management and filing system, typing skills in both Gujarati and English are required. 4. Immunization Field Volunteer (1)
BSW/MSW, BRM/MRM and field work experience related to vaccination, Taluka, Pvt. This. Ability to plan and implement operations of Center and Urban Health Centers, own two wheeler vehicle with all documents required. Knowledge of Gujarati and English language and knowledge of computer basics is required. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of Taluka, PHC and UHC health operational structure, good manners.
Allowance admissible: 600/- per month for a maximum total of 20 days including article and travel allowance per day for 20 days Rs. 300/- is available.

The total allowance receivable is Rs. 60,000/- per month.
Qualification : MBBS or equivalent degree (recognized by Medical Council of India. Desirable : 2 years working experience in Hospital.
12. Audiologist (Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist) (NCD) (1)
The total allowance receivable is Rs. 15,000/- per month.
Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology/ BSc Degree in Speech and Hearing from an RCI recognized Institute/University
13. DRTB Center Counselor (1)
The total allowance receivable is Rs. 12,000/- per month.
Qualification : Bachelors (or equivalent) in Social Work Sociology / Psychology, 1. Post Graduate Degree / PG in Social Work / Sociology Psychology. Degree 2 in Diploma. RNTCP program experience or working experience as counselor 3. Basic computer knowledge.
14. Para Medical Worker (1) Total
Allowance receivable Rs. 11,000/- per month.
Eligibility: 1. 10th/12th Pass and Para Medical Worker Training or M.S.W. or B.Sc. With three years experience in health department 2. Certificate Course in Computers
Important Notes on Online Form Filling –
Candidate's application received online at https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in only will be accepted. R.P.A.D. Applications received by speed post, courier or ordinary post will not be accepted.
Photocopy of legible original document must be uploaded in the software. If the required documents are not uploaded, their application will be rejected. Applications with incomplete details will be invalid.
For the selection of all cadres merit list will be prepared based on the percentage obtained in the final year of degree / diploma / graduation and if there is more than one trial in the final year, deducting 3% per trial. Computer skill is required for the cadre of Accountant cum Data Asst., those having computer qualification as per TOR will be considered on merit.
Computer Practical Examination for posts involving computer operations
Must be given.
