Education Qualification

Candidate age must not be more than 40 years as on 01/12/2022 Candidate must possess a valid degree of Post Basic Diploma in Nurse Practitioner Midwifery from recognized collage/University. Candidate must have valid registration respective council of Gujarat. Candidate must have computer proficiency(must have computer certificate)

1) Candidates having the above qualifications and experience will have to attend at the mentioned address with original certificates passport size flatograph and photocopies of certificates at their own expense.

2) As per above post qualification all educational qualification certificates from SSC, school leaving certificate, address with mobile number details, council registered certificate, passport size photograph and true copies of required certificates have to be present. Candidates without full qualification and certificate will not appear in the interview.

3) All the above posts are on contract basis for 11 months and then on temporary basis. All these posts are subject to cancellation on completion of the programme.
