Walk in interview will be held on every Tuesday for the post of senior and junior residents in various subjects till all vacant posts filled. Duly filled in application form is to be submitted along with necessary copies of documents on the day of Walk-in-interview. 1. Recent passport size photo of the employee Photo id proof issued by government authorities: passport copy/pan card/voter id/Aadhar card.

2. Copies of final MBBS mark sheet & final MBBS attempt certificate.

3. Copies of PG mark sheet & PG attempt certificate.

4. Copies of birthdate certificate: school leaving 5. Copies of internship completion certificate.

6. Copy of passport/voter card/electricity bill/telephone bill/Aadhar card attached as proof of permanent residence address.

7. Copies of degree certificates of MBBS and PG degree 8. Copies of registration of MBBS and PG degree.

9. Copies of experience certificate for all appointments held before joining present institute.

10. Relieving order from the previous institute.

11. Copy of Aadhar card.

Note:-

The Junior Resident will have to be released as soon as the candidate becomes available as Senior Resident.
