A Multicentric research project on "Human Rabies and Animal Bite Incidence Survey India" has been sanctioned by Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi to Dept. of Community Medicine, GMERS Medical College, Patan. Applications are invited for the following positions on purely temporary adhoc basis.

 Name of the post 

 Project scientist (medical non medical )

 Education qualification

 For medical MBBS with 2 year Research/Teaching experience Or MD in Microbiology/ Pathology/PSM from a recognized University For Non Medical-1st class Master degree in Life Sciences from a recognized University with 2 years' experience in related Field. Or 2nd class Master Degree with Ph. D in relevant subject from a recognized University. Or BDS/B.V. Sc degree with one year experience

Name of the post 

Project Assistant (Field) (includes Research Assistant, Statistical Assistant, Technical Assistant, Field Investigator

Education qualification

Graduate in science/relevant subjects/from a recognized university with three years work experience form a recognized institution or Master degree in the relevant subject

Name of the Post

Project Technician- (Field) (includes Health Assistant,

Laboratory Assistant, Field Assistant)

Education qualification

High School equivalent with five years experience in related field from a Government institution or recognized institute or certificate of one year training in the relevant area of IT or National Trade Certificate of National Council for Vocational Training and successful completion of ATS in relevant trade From a Government recognized board. "Intermediate with science subjects and B. Sc. shall be treated as equivalent to 2 and 3 years of experience Respectively.
