 Education qualification

B.A.M.S./GNM/B.Sc. Conducted Certificate Course in Community Health (Bridge Course) in Bonded Govt recognized institute by SIHFW Vadodara along with Nursing. (In addition to this fix +, candidates will be given priority in recruitment)

CCCH Course B.Sc Nursing and Post Basic Bsc Nursing Course from July 2020 admitted bsc nursing candidates who have passed on or after July – 2020 can apply.

 Salary per month

25000/- fix + 10000/- performance linked incentive

HOW TO APPLY

Candidate must submit H.S.C along with educational qualification, age, attested copies of all supporting documents and recent photographs. and present at Zilla Arogya Society Health Branch Zilla Panchayat Rajkot along with all graduation certificates. Also it is mandatory to bring the relevant original certificates / supporting documents.

Candidate will have to attend the interview at his/her own expense.

The final decision on appointment will be subject to the terms of reference of the District Health Society and NHM.
