Advertisement for the recruitment of Community Health Officer

District Health Society, District Panchayat,

At the Health and Wellness Center approved under Ayushman Bharat under District Health Society, District Panchayat, Jamnagar, the vacancies of Community Health Officers have to be filled by qualified candidates for 11 months on contract basis and waiting list for future vacancies has to be prepared. .

Hence the age limit of less than 40 years having the following qualifications

The walk-in interview will be conducted on the second Thursday of every month by the aspiring candidates along with all the original and certified documents till all the vacancies are filled

 Education qualification

1. Certificate Course in Community Health (Bridge Course) conducted by SHW Vadodara Bonded Government Accredited Institution with BAMS / GNM / Bsc Nursing (These candidates will be given preference in recruitment) or

2. ccch Course Bsc Nursing and Post Basic Bsc Nursing Courses from July 2020 onwards.

1. All the original certificates of educational qualification and its certified copy

2. Certified copy of Gujarat Ayurvedic and Unani Council / Nursing Council Reg.

. Certified copy of photo ID card as well as passport size two photos 4. Certified copy of school leaving certificate

5. CCCH Certificate / Marksheet (for candidate of Qualification No.1)
